Order Status and Tracking

Can I track my order?

Once your jewelry has been shipped, we will email you the tracking number. While we can't provide an exact delivery time, expect it between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. If no one is available at the address, the courier will leave contact details to reschedule. Once the courier confirms delivery, we will contact you for final confirmation.

What if my carrier says my package has been delivered, but I’m not seeing it anywhere?

You must contact the courier which is the FedEx or Ups to confirm the delivery. Another way to track your order is to click on the 'Track Your Order' link located in the footer of our website. Then, enter your order number and email address, and click on 'View Order Status' for information on your shipment.

Returns and Exchanges

I want to return my purchase. Where do I begin?

Our clients can return purchased products within 7 days of delivery without needing to provide a reason. The product must be returned in its original condition. To use this service, please fill out this form and our team will contact you shortly. Note that the 30-day return policy does not apply to stock sale, tailor-made, engraved, and customized products.

When will I receive my refund?

After we receive the returned item along with the free gift, our Quality Assurance team will inspect the pieces. Once approved, your refund will be processed within 24 to 48 hours and you can expect the amount to be credited to your original payment method within 8 to 12 business days.
